Common Questions
Everything you need to know before stepping into the ring
Do I need to own my own boxing gloves?
For your trial session, we provide sanitized loaner gloves. However, for hygiene and a better fit, we recommend members purchase their own Fittera-branded gloves after joining.
What if I am completely out of shape?
That is exactly why you are here. Our coaches scale every drill to your current fitness level. No one is expected to be a pro on day one—we focus on progress, not perfection.
Is there an age limit to start boxing?
Fittera welcomes everyone from age 7 to 70+. If you have no underlying medical conditions preventing exercise, you are clear to box. We have specialized programs for different age groups.
Will I have to spar or get hit?
Absolutely not. Sparring is 100% optional and only available for advanced members who have mastered defense. Beginners focus on bag work, mitts, and conditioning.
How many calories will I burn?
A standard Fittera session burns between 700 to 1,000 calories depending on intensity. It is one of the most efficient fat-burning workouts in existence.
Debunking the Fear
"It's too aggressive for me."
Boxing is a technical craft and a moving meditation. It’s about discipline and focus, not just aggression.
"I'll look silly because I don't know the moves."
